The world is changing and important conversations about the consequences aren’t happening in our organisations. This workshop will help you to understand why this happens and what you can do to address it. You will:
- Understand what organisational taboo is and why it arises.
- Practice using tools to identify and name taboos in your organisation.
- Develop plans for addressing taboos.
Inclusive Innovation

Creating compelling visions for change in our organisations has never been more relevant and the way to do this is through inclusive innovation practices. Bringing diverse perspectives together to collaborate is key to success, but it’s really hard to do right. This workshop will give you the tools and processes to practice inclusive innovation in your organisation.

Tackling taboo, creating inclusive change and bringing a whole community along with you is hard. This workshop will help you ready yourself, understand the assets you have that will help you manage the inevitable friction on this journey and what you need for the best chance of success
- Understand the assets and behaviours that support people in tackling taboo and bringing about inclusive change.
- Practice doing an audit of your own asset and development needs.
- Make plans for using your assets and addressing your needs.

We need to move from competition to community, recognise our interconnectedness with the world around us and focus on assets rather than deficits. We need to create high performance communities.
