The Brave Lab is a merger of two separate businesses Elan Vital Growth & Innovation run by Jess Hayden and Full Aeon run by Lucy Mc Kenna. Both businesses were created in 2016, and focused on helping organisations develop their people and take innovative approaches to how they work, as well as coaching individuals to take new directions with their life and work.
