The Strategy Lab

Who it’s for:

Organisations

Developing strategy these days isn’t easy. We will customise a strategy development process for you and your team that will help you tackle the looming questions about the future of your organisation; especially things that might have become difficult for you as a group to address. We use proven methods to identify issues, surface dissent in a healthy way, generate innovative solutions using divergent thinking, build consensus and forge a path forward. We’ll help you define the brave steps to take with your next organisational strategy and honestly, it will actually be fun. It’s always a relief to finally address the stuff that’s been bothering you and the team, so let us help.

The Purpose Lab

Who it’s for:

Organisations

There’s no better time to revisit your purpose, mission, vision and values than after a bumpy period. Our clients have found that re-connecting with what it means to do what you do after challenges allows them to become very focused. We also believe that the ability to revisit and regroup around mission will be a crucial competence for organisations as we face into prolonged periods of uncertainty relating to the Climate Crisis. We want everyone who attends one of these sessions to leave feeling not only really clear on what the organisation’s purpose, mission, vision and values are, but personally connected to it. We use proven techniques to pull back the covers on all the issues that are material to your organisation and stakeholders. We apply processes to ensure that stakeholder voices are represented and considered. We specialise in facilitating conversations around opposing forces that may impact your mission in relation to the climate crisis, diversity, equity and inclusion and other Environmental, Social and Governance issues.

The You Lab

Who it’s for:

You!

Do you want to start a conversation about changing things at work or are you at a point where a career overhaul is looking likely? Learning about innovation behaviours is key to enabling you to go out and be the change you want to see in the world. Participants at this workshop will:

  • Identify their very own personal brave challenge; if you could change one thing in the world, what would it be?

  • Develop your understanding of how innovation and change is enabled and challenged by different cultures, environments, behaviours, systems and processes.

  • Learn and apply skills for addressing common challenges experienced by those trying to create change in their organisation, career or field.

  • Learn skills that are useful in bringing others along on your journey.

Organisational Change & Design

Who it’s for:

Organisations

Lots of things are changing; employee sentiment about working models, consumer sentiment about products and services and investor sentiment about strategic positioning. This means one thing; a need to re-design how your organisation and your people work. We can help you re-design even the most embedded working practices. We use tools from business psychology to aid in identifying root causes, impacts and contributors to challenges. Our solutions are developed using the Design Thinking methodology and are therefore designed in a customised way. We are not afraid of breaking boundaries and trying new things if the evidence points us that way. At the end of the day, we are scientists who don’t become overly attached to initial hypotheses if the evidence to support them is not compelling. If you really want to tackle something in your organisation once and for all and have a sustainable solution that lasts, you should work with us on it. We will uncover what’s really going on and support you to address it in an efficient and sustainable manner.
